Enterprise Agile & Product Coach focuses on provide enterprise-level coaching across teams, leadership and portfolio groups to embed effective agile and product-oriented practices.

What the role involves

• Provide enterprise-level coaching across teams, leadership and portfolio groups to embed effective agile and product-oriented practices.
• Supporting leaders in developing agile and product-led mindsets, enabling improved strategic alignment and decision-making.
• Deliver training programmes, workshops and learning materials covering agile, product management and modern delivery practices.
• Support communities of practice to promote shared learning, knowledge exchange and consistent standards.
• Role model Bupa’s values and contribute to an environment where teams can deliver high-quality outcomes for customers.

Skills and requirements

• Demonstrable experience coaching agile at scale across multiple teams, portfolios and complex enterprise environments.
• Substantial experience implementing a product operating model in previous organisations, including shaping structures, roles, governance and behaviours to support product led‑ deli.
• Experience coaching product managers and cross-functional product teams across the full product lifecycle.
• Agile coaching or recognised scaled agile qualifications (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, Nexus) are essential.

Confirmed role details

• Full Time – 37.5 hours per week.
