As a Enterprise Risk Manager, the work centres on investigate the root causes of risks, liaising with various teams, including the Business Partner team, to manage issues and risk events. It would suit someone who can bring builds positive proactive business-partner relationships with internal groups to the role.

Conduct risk identification interviews and facilitate risk assessment workshops, including at executive management levels. Able to communicate across a varied business landscape at all levels of an organisation.

Investigate the root causes of risks, liaising with various teams, including the Business Partner team, to manage issues and risk events. Able to be pragmatic and deliver commercial and compliant solutions which are also in line with Consumer Duty requirements. Assisting in the development of the firm’s Risk Management Framework and support the roll-out of standards to the wider business, ensuring that risk systems and processes are aligned.
