• Reporting directly to the Employee Relations Manager, you will provide comprehensive HR support across both the sales and warehouse distribution functions.
• Ensure HR policies and processes are adhered to.
• Manage employee data and reporting to support business objectives.
• Support stakeholders on a range of HR and employee relations issues.
• Ensure compliance with current employment legislation and company policies.
• Maintaining accurate HR data and produce reports to inform decision-making.

Confirmed role details

• This is a hybrid position, requiring 3 days in the office and 2 working from home.
• This has the opportunity to become a permanent Full Time position.
