ERP Operator focuses on to ensure the businesses erp system is completed correctly, efficiently and reports any issues/discrepancies to the line leaders.

What the role involves

• To ensure the businesses ERP system is completed correctly, efficiently and reports any issues/discrepancies to the Line Leaders.
• Ensure all duties are carried out correctly and efficiently, also enforcing the company’s operational procedures and policies.
• Line Process: Responsible for controlling the aspects of Pallet Labelling.
• Packing processes and controls within the company’s existing policies and procedures.
• To ensure accuracy of all decant jobs, capturing waste and making sure correct labels and product is packed correctly.
• To ensure all paperwork relevant to your position is filled out correctly and filed.

Skills and requirements

• Ensure a comprehensive handover is given to all shifts and departments within operations if required.
• Must have sound administrative skills.
• Must have a flexible approach to work.
• Must have a good understanding of ERP systems.
