Teachers do not do pastoral duties or activity sessions (apart from 1 excursion if residential) and there is a lot of academic support for teachers as well as a detailed profession. Able to support learners with patience and structure.

What needs to be in place

• Previous ESL teaching experience, ideally to young learners.
• They have over 30 years of experience and welcome around international students every year and aim to give each one of them a safe, fun and unforgettable learning and cultural expe.
• Enhanced DBS on the update service.
