• We’ll talk about this in more detail at interview, but you should expect to be at a National Trust site for 40–60% of your working week.
• Manage a diverse agricultural portfolio under AHA, FBT and licence agreements, acting as the main contact for tenants and handling negotiations including rent reviews and lease ren.
• Manage budgets, and identify opportunities to improve performance and diversify land use.
