Estate Manager focuses on managing any associated occupier (retail and office) and contractor liaison.

What the role involves

• Managing any associated occupier (retail and office) and contractor liaison.
• Work with the Life Sciences Operations Manager and other Science and Technology specialists to define and implement the Estate operational considerations and measures to support la.
• Conduct regular audits of all Estate areas to ensure that standards of cleanliness and presentation are upheld throughout, both in upfront public spaces and “back-of-house” service.
• Management of the service road, loading bays and car parks.
• Leading on Sustainability & Biodiversity across the Estate.
• Pro-actively procure services for the Estate, following the company procurement guidelines where required.
