What the role involves

• MAPP does not provide immigration sponsorship.
• Support and the opportunity to grow in a business where your contribution genuinely matters.
• Ability to manage contractors to ensure PPM works and reactive maintenance is carried out in line with company policies and procedures.
• Working closely with the FM team to ensure cost recovery and central budgets and effectively managed.
• Work closely with surveying colleagues and central support functions to ensure client strategy is executed.

Skills and requirements

• All applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK by the start date of employment.
• Develop rapport with occupiers and look at ways of occupier engagement through placemaking opportunities and events in close liaison with the Occupier Services team where required.
• Attention to detail and high levels of occupier engagement and customer service will be required.

Confirmed role details

• IOSH essential or NEBOSH desirable.
• 5 years experience of working in a similar role.
• 9am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday.
• £50,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
