Our Building Services team is looking for an Estates Maintenance Worker to join the team on a project in London. Working location and hours London — working hours and on‑call arrangements as required by the contract.

What you would be doing

Delivering general handyperson PPMs and reactive maintenance across the estate, including painting, plaster repairs, tiling, flooring patches and minor carpentry. Carry out basic plumbing and drainage work (tap/pipe repairs, clogged drains, blocked toilets) and routine water hygiene checks including TMV and weekly checks. Maintaining accurate records using mobile apps/CAFM, follow HASWA and SHEQ procedures, and communicate issues promptly to supervisors and stakeholders.
