This Estates Officer (M&E Compliance) opportunity is built around overseeing all statutory estates compliance activities, ensuring full alignment with current legislation and best practice. It would suit someone who can bring armagh is seeking an experienced Building Services professional to oversee estates compliance on an interim basis for approximately nine months to the role.

One of Northern Ireland's largest public sector authorities located in Co. HNC/HND, Level 4, Degree) in a relevant discipline/subject such as Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Building Services.

Overseeing all statutory estates compliance activities, ensuring full alignment with current legislation and best practice. Maintaining accurate compliance records, certificates, and audit trails, ensuring documentation is complete and accessible. Managing and monitor external contractors, ensuring high‑quality delivery and value for money.

Armagh is seeking an experienced Building Services professional to oversee estates compliance on an interim basis for approximately nine months. Requires someone confident stepping into a busy environment, stabilising compliance processes, and providing assurance to senior stakeholders. This is a key assignment for a compliance professional who can quickly take ownership of statutory estates obligations such as Fire Safety, Electrical & Gas Safety and Energy Effic.

Practical details

  • 35 days annual leave including stat days.
  • £40,000 - £44,000 pro rata.
  • Additional detail: Training or development support may be provided.
