Estates Operations Supervisor/Team Leader
Job description
As a Estates Operations Supervisor/Team Leader, the work centres on planning maintenance programmes for building & engineering services. This includes reviewing working procedures and practices. It would suit someone who can bring supporting task-by-task logistics operations while learning systems, routines, and working standards to the role.

To efficiently and effectively organise resources both manually and electronically including labour, transportation and materials to provide a high quality service. Ordinator showing leadership to those trade staff and contractors for whom they have responsibility.
How the role works day to day
Responsible for planning maintenance programmes for building & engineering services. This includes reviewing working procedures and practices. Participate, manage and use the Trusts Time Management Software to record work activities for their staff and self. Responsible for the supervision and management of the directly employed labour team for whom they have responsibility. This includes managing issues such as attendance, performance.

Practical details
- Duration of booking: Expected to last 6 months with possible extension.
- Up to £18.02 per hour Umbrella or £16.28 per hour PAYE inclusive of holiday pay.
- 37.5 hours per week / Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm.
- Carrying out directly or by contract repair, replacement and renewal of Building fabric, engineering plant, equipment and services.
