This Estimator role is focused on managing tender submissions from receipt of documents through to final delivery. It would suit someone who can bring careful technical judgement and practical problem-solving to the role.

Up to 3 volunteer days. Engage with suppliers and subcontractors to support competitive, accurate pricing.

How support shows up

Managing tender submissions from receipt of documents through to final delivery. Develop bid‑winning strategies in collaboration with multidisciplinary colleagues. Present tender proposals at review meetings with senior leaders.

What needs to be in place

• Previous experience as an Estimator in the civil engineering or infrastructure sector, ideally across multi‑disciplinary projects.
• A solid background in civil engineering, either through experience or education.
• Prior experience in site‑based or operational roles.
