• Deliver high-value engineering projects, working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and clients.
• A solid understanding of cost build-up, pricing, and financial analysis.

Skills and requirements

• Strong experience (4 years minimum) in estimating, cost management, or bid management within engineering, EPC, or related sectors.
• Experience preparing cost proposals and tender submissions for clients.
• Experience in nuclear or highly regulated environments (not essential).
• Knowledge of commercial frameworks or contracts (e.g. NEC).

Candidate fit

• Confident communicator, able to engage with both technical and commercial stakeholders.

Additional role context

• Bid Manager, to join our Bristol team, someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with commercial insight to shape winning proposals.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with advanced Excel capability.
• Engineering background (mechanical, civil, or similar).
