What the role involves

• Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents to prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Quantify materials and labour for firestopping and fire door works.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to clarify project details.
• Preparing and submit tenders, including value engineering options.
• Ensure all proposals meet FIRAS, ASFP, and internal compliance standards.
• Supporting project handovers to ensure seamless delivery.

• We're looking for a Passive Fire Estimator to join an experienced team, supporting the pricing and delivery of passive fire protection and fire door projects nationwide.
