• Be responsible for operating and maintaining evaporator equipment to ensure the efficient production of high-quality food products.

• Operate evaporator machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Monitoring process parameters and make adjustments to maintain optimal product quality and efficiency.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of equipment, identifying and reporting any faults or irregularities.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP and other food safety regulations throughout all stages of production.

Skills and requirements

• Previous experience in food production or manufacturing environments is preferred but not essential.
• Basic knowledge of HACCP principles and food safety regulations is advantageous.
• Mechanical knowledge or experience with industrial equipment is desirable.
• Competence in basic maths for measurements, calculations, and data recording.
