This Weekends opportunity in Head Chef is built around we’re recruiting an Events Head Chef to lead a high-performing kitchen team within a busy central production unit in London. It would suit someone who can bring established, supportive and well-organised kitchen environment to the role.

What you would be doing

We’re recruiting an Events Head Chef to lead a high-performing kitchen team within a busy central production unit in London. Managing food safety, H&S and allergen compliance across the operation. Overseeing high-volume output while maintaining exceptional standards of quality and presentation.

What you need

  • Proven Head Chef experience within hospitality, events or high-volume production environments.
  • 5 out of 7 days (flexibility required for some weekends).

Practical information

  • £50,000 – £52,000 per annum.
  • Work model: On-site.
  • Shift pattern: Weekends.
