Executive Assistant focuses on provide a high‑level, proactive pa service to the ceo and members of the executive team.
What the role involves
- Provide a high‑level, proactive PA service to the CEO and members of the Executive Team.
- Support diary management for other Executive Team members, arranging meetings and activities with minimal direction.
- Overseeing and direct the Administration & Project Assistant, ensuring effective support for diary and administrative tasks.
- Managing Trust mailboxes on behalf of the CEO and COO, delegating actions appropriately.
- Act as the first point of contact for telephone and email enquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Collate information and produce reports,munications, correspondence and documentation on behalf of the CEO and Executive Team.
Confirmed role details
- 37 hours per week.
- Temporary (ASAP start – until 31 July 2026, with the option to extend to 31 August if available).
- The Trust is currently progressing through a merger with another MAT, creating a fast‑paced and evolving environment where strong executive support is essential.
- To assist through this transition, the Trust is seeking an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to join on a temporary basis, starting as soon as possible.
Candidate fit
- Proven experience supporting senior leaders in aplex or fast‑moving organisation.
- Experience supportingernance or policy processes (advantageous but not essential).
