- In ECBA, we provide strategic and research-driven consulting to help companies balance talent and governance risks.
- Help us to deliver it to companies across a wide range of industries through a combination of expert advice, market-leading data and digital tools.
- Develop your consulting, practical and technical skills on our 9-month FAST START training programme.
- Continuously develop your skills in the areas that align with your talents and interests.
Confirmed role details
- Working with management and boards, we help them to balance the interest of key stakeholders and reach executive pay arrangements that stand up to scrutiny from shareholders, regul.
- Assist clients with drafting their Directors’ Remuneration Report - a key part of their Annual Report.
- Reviewing executive pay design to ensure pay programmes are competitive.
- Providing market benchmarking on pay elements, including base pay, incentive plans and total reward.
