How the role works day to day
Recruiting, training, supporting and people development to deliver an efficient, high quality service to Elior UK, customer and client. Maintaining, ordering and controlling food stocks within budget. Accountable for COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations, environmental policies and duty of care to customer and colleagues.

Practical details
- 2+ years experience as Head Chef or Sous Chef ready for their next step.
- Relax & recharge with 28 days holiday, increasing to 31 days after two years service.
- Catering experience essential with chef skills.
- Flexible Working: We offer full-time & part-time roles, with varying shift patterns across the business. Allowing colleagues the flexibility to balance their personal & professiona.
