• Manage end-to-end executive search assignments for clients in the aerospace & defence sector.
• Maintain relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers in these sectors.
• Conduct comprehensive candidate research, assessment, and profiling specific to aerospace & defence leadership roles.
• Develop detailed candidate briefs and market mapping reports for these industries.
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial client briefing to final placement.
• Contribute to business development and new client acquisition in aerospace & defence.

Skills and requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in executive search or high-end recruitment.
• Proven track record of successful senior-level placements, Preferably in aerospace & defence.
• Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and market trends in these sectors.
• Degree-level qualification or equivalent professional experience.
