Experienced ALN Teaching Assistant
Job description
This Teaching Assistant role in Additional Learning Needs is focused on providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with ALN. It would suit someone who can bring patient, consistent, and calm in a learner-focused classroom setting to the role.

What you would be doing
Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with ALN. Work closely with the class teacher and SEN staff to support pupils who require additional help to access learning, while also contributing to the wider classroom environment. Assisting with lesson delivery and classroom organisation.

What you need
- Ability to remain calm and supportive in challenging situations.

- All candidates must undertake or have undertaken a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
