What the role involves
- This role requires enthusiastic candidates to carry out locksmithing and safe opening tasks at our clients’ locations throughout your area (usually up to a maximum of 2 hours trave.
- General locksmithing, i.e., lock-fitting, cylinder changes and pinning, key cutting, code changes to coded door locks, etc.
- Safe opening & repair (dependent on ability).
Skills and requirements
- Relevant technical, electrical, mechanical, maintenance, gas, plumbing, or engineering experience may be required.
Confirmed role details
- Since this is a role for an experienced candidate, we would expect candidates to have a good knowledge in this field.
- Additional and ongoing training will be supplied by Insafe, on client-specific products, to successful candidates.
- Both mechanical and electronic aptitude is essential.
- A reasonable level of IT literacy is essential as we use a mobile platform for allocating jobs and reporting. Laptops are also used for programming electronic safe locks.
