Export Customer Service Executive focuses on to regularly communicate with customers, vendors and key stakeholders updating on progress throughout the process.
What the role involves
- To regularly communicate with customers, vendors and key stakeholders updating on progress throughout the process.
- Develop customer relationships ensuring a collaborative approach.
- Being first point of contact for any issues that arise, completing RCA and putting in preventative measures.
- Creation of country specific documentation where appliable.
- To scan and store any third-party documentation within the shipment orders.
- To ensure documentation is processed accurately to distribute to customers in timely manner (email or courier depending on customer’s requirements).
Skills and requirements
- Experience in customer order management and relationship building.
- Knowledge of export documentation desirable but not essential.
