What the role involves

- Programme Leads: Oversee the successful delivery of engineering programmes, managing a team of educators and ensuring the curriculum aligns with industry standards.
- Manage high-quality curriculum content, ensuring students receive a comprehensive, practical education in their chosen trade.
- Curriculum Managers: Develop, implement.
Skills and requirements
- Whether you have teaching experience or are looking to transition into education, we can provide the training.
- Expertise in one or more of the following trades: Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Welding or Automotive.
- Previous experience in the relevant trade industry is essential.
- You don’t need to have formal teaching qualifications at this stage!
Confirmed role details
- Enjoy a generous holiday allowance ranging between 35-48 days per year, plus public holidays - (Excluding Term Time Only contracts).
- LGPS or Teacher Pensions Scheme, (dependent on role 15.7% - 23.68%).
