This EYFS Lead & Class Teacher opportunity is built around supporting young children through safe routines, learning activities, and lesson-by-lesson care. It would suit someone who can bring warm, reliable, and clear in communication to the role.

Where the work sits

These schools are looking for KS1 and Early Years teachers who can walk in, bring a sense of calm, and quickly become their teacher for the day. Welcoming, well-run primary schools across Bristol, Bath & KeynshamA mix of Reception, Nursery, Year 1 and Year 2 opportunities.

Warm, reliable, and clear in communication.

Practical details

  • Have recent experience in EYFS or KS1 classrooms.
  • Love those lightbulb moments, whether it’s blending a first word or mastering counting to 20.
  • Two proofs of address, driving licence, utility bill, council tax, P45 or P60.
  • OSPC if you’ve lived overseas for 3 months or more in the last 5 years.

What needs to be in place

  • Relevant childcare, early years, or classroom-support experience.
