With expert guidance and flexible opportunities, Hays helps you grow while shaping young lives.Your new roleAs a Level 2 (or above) qualified General Teaching Assistant, you’ll be able to support an EYFS classroom working alongside the teacher to help manage daily routines and learning activities. You will assist a SEND child by providing general classroom support as well as being able to modify challenging behaviour by creating a positive and engaging learning environment. This is a flexible and rewarding role where your contribution makes a real difference every day.What you'll need to succeedTo thrive in this role, you’ll need to be Level 2 qualified or above in childcare or education, with a proactive and supportive attitude. You should be confident working with children with different abilities, helping with group tasks and classroom routines. Strongmunication, patience, and the ability to follow the teacher's directions are key.
