EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant – Requirements

• Experience supporting children in Early Years (Nursery or Reception)
• Background working with children with special educational needs, particularly speech and language needs, ASD, or developmental delays
• A genuine passion for children’s learning and development
• Patient, empathetic, resilient, and positive in approach
• Able to build trusting, supportive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents
