• Observe, assess, and track children’s development across all areas of learning.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Supporting children’s social, emotional, and academic development.
• Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including SEN.

Candidate fit

• Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
• Have recent experience teaching in EYFS or Reception.
• Be caring, patient, and child-focused in approach.
