Teaching Assistant focuses on deliver high‑quality lessons in line with the eyfs framework.

What the role involves

  • Deliver high‑quality lessons in line with the EYFS Framework.
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
  • Supporting and differentiate learning for pupils with SEN and additional needs.
  • Promote positive behaviour, independence, and emotional development.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – ECTs are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience supporting pupils with SEN is desirable.

Skills and requirements

  • Relevant teaching, classroom, childcare, QTS, SEN, safeguarding, or early-years experience may be required.

Confirmed role details

  • Until July 2027 (operation leave cover, with potential to extend).
  • Part‑time, Monday–Friday (8:30am–3:30pm) (You pick the three days).
