• Staff collaborate closely to ensure all pupils receive the attention and guidance they need.
• Supporting the class teacher in planning and delivering learning activities.
• Assisting with group work and individual pupil support.
• Record pupils’ progress in line with the EYFS framework.
• Maintaining a safe, structured, and stimulating learning environment.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant teaching, classroom, childcare, QTS, SEN, safeguarding, or early-years experience may be required.
• This post is subject to an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.

Candidate fit

• Have experience working with young children in an educational setting.
• Understand the principles of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
