• Minor repairs to office furniture.
• Putting together small equipment/ Flat packs.
• Kick and push plates.
• Install/ Repair blinds.
• Update Log books.

Skills and requirements

• City & Guilds/NVQ (Beneficial but not needed).
• A proven track record in commercial or property maintenance.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Confirmed role details

• Fabric Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - Banking Environment - Canary Wharf, London - Up to £42,220 per annum.
• 4 on 4 off - Days Only.
• 07:00 am to 07:00 pm.
• Basic Salary up to £42,220.

Candidate fit

• Carry out Fabric planned and reactive maintenance in a large team in a large building, responsible for all the landlord services.
• Working with the maintenance team Onsite, including the supervisor, you will be required to have an understanding/hands on experience of the following.
