- Ensure parts are produced on a ‘right first time’ basis.
- Be responsible for highlighting any non-conformance to the Process Team Leader.
Skills and requirements
- A recognised and relevant apprenticeship and relevant NVQ level 3 (Or equivalent).
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work to standard operating procedures.
- Must be able to work in small teams with Team Leaders.
Confirmed role details
- Will see candidates working day shifts, on a Monday – Thursday basis, there is opportunity to work night shifts once fully trained which incurs an additional 33% shift premium.
Additional role context

- Be accountable for Health & Safety requirements under Section 7 of the HASAWA 1974.
- Hold first party inspection approval (M02 status is subject to obtaining A stamp approval).
