What the role involves

• Whatever part you play you’ll be helping us deliver operational excellence to our customers.
• Ensure parts are produced on a ‘right first time’ basis.
• Be responsible for highlighting any non-conformance to the Process Team Leader.

Skills and requirements

• A recognised and relevant apprenticeship and relevant NVQ level 3 (Or equivalent).
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work to standard operating procedures.
• Must be able to work in small teams with Team Leaders.

Confirmed role details

• Will see candidates working day shifts, on a Monday – Thursday basis, there is opportunity to work night shifts once fully trained which incurs an additional 33% shift premium.

• Be accountable for Health & Safety requirements under Section 7 of the HASAWA 1974.
