What the role involves
- · Provide maintenance support, including installation, planned preventive maintenance, and reactive maintenance for site services and equipment.
- Repair various types of boilers, heating, and hot water systems.
- · Maintain both commercial and domestic boilers and associated equipment.
- · Diagnose faults and troubleshoot problems effectively.
Skills and requirements
- · Work a seasonal shift pattern, including some weekends and evenings.
- · Oversee contractors on-site, ensuring tasks are performed effectively and according to standards.
- · Communicate regularly with colleagues, supervisors, and managers to ensure efficient service delivery to clients.
- · Provide exceptional customer service to both the company and clients at all times.
Confirmed role details
- · Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8-4 or 9-5) with plenty of overtime available.
- · Weekend Work: Required on a shift rota (approximately 1 in 4 weekends).
- · 20 days of holiday plus bank holidays.
- · Engineering/Technical qualification (Apprenticeship or NVQ 3 in relevant discipline i.e.
