Job description
This Facilities Maintenance Engineer role is focused on as a proven Site Services Electrician / Facilities Engineer you will working on our single site as a static engineer, undertaking both planned and reactive maintenance to the sites. It would suit someone who can bring careful technical judgement and practical problem-solving to the role.
Role overview
Ideally Have Experience of undertaking statutory maintenance checks on Infrastructure, Fire Suppression Systems and Sub Stations. The role is commutable from: Birmingham, Coseley, Cradley Heath, Dudley, Rowley Regis, Smethwick, Wednesbury & Willenhall.
Main responsibilities
As a proven Site Services Electrician / Facilities Engineer you will working on our single site as a static engineer, undertaking both planned and reactive maintenance to the sites. Supporting site-by-site logistics operations while learning systems, routines, and working standards.
Requirements
- Qualified Electrically to City & Guilds or NVQ level 3.
- If you have undertaken a recognised Electrical Apprenticeship and / or hold JIB or AM2 accreditation it will be at an advantage.
- Have experience of supporting a wide range of internal lighting and power (Ideally both LV & HV).
