Facilities Management Assistant focuses on provide an excellent and comprehensive reception service to the residence and to the offices.

What the role involves

  • Provide an excellent and comprehensive reception service to the residence and to the offices.
  • Keep records of all visitors, contractors and issue keys when required.
  • Assisting the relevant manager(s) in the co-ordination of all on-site activities and day to day administration plus complete all regular reporting.
  • Carry out walks of the residence and grounds, monitoring and reporting any security/safety issues to the relevant manager.
  • Monitoring the conduct of students, encouraging reasonable and fair behaviour, reporting any breach of the Code of Conduct and license agreement.
  • Monitor out of hours access to the residence, ensuring compliance with fire, health & safety procedures and any relevant residence instructions.
