Core Responsibilities & Facilities Scope
- Team Management: Direct line management of the Caretaking and Site Assistant teams, including performance management and scheduling.
- Compliance & Safety: Responsibility for all statutory checks, preventative maintenance programmes, and managing the school's relationship with the local authority regarding premises.
- Lettings & Usage: Overseeing the logistical planning and security aspects related to evening and weekend community use and lettings.
Compensation & Benefits
- Contract: Full-Time, Permanent (52 weeks per year).
- Salary Range: £48,000 - £58,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Essential Requirements: Relevant facilities management qualification (e.g., BIFM/IWFM) and extensive experience managing a large school site.
- Support: Generous Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) and collaborative working within a wider Trust facilities network.
