What the role involves

  • Carry out regular walks around the residence and grounds, reporting any security/safety issues.
  • Monitoring and control health, safety and maintenance standards within residence and grounds.
  • Respond effectively to fire alarm activations and liaise with the emergency services.
  • Monitoring the signing in and out of all guests, visitors and contractors.
  • Complete help desk forms for reactive maintenance and pass to the relevant persons.
  • Deal with queries and complaints in an efficient, professional and courteous manner.

  • As a Facilities Officer, you’ll play a key role in supporting the residence management team in maintaining a safe, well-equipped, and customer-focused environment.
