Facilities Operations Assistant
Job description
This Facilities Operations Assistant role is focused on carrying out minor repairs, including decoration, carpentry/joinery, ceiling tile replacement and basic lock changes. It would suit someone who can bring combine confident communication with a proactive mindset, supporting both routine activities and reactive needs across events, building maintenance and day-to-day site operations to the role.
Role overview

Main responsibilities
Carry out minor repairs, including decoration, carpentry/joinery, ceiling tile replacement and basic lock changes. Conduct routine building inspections and report defects. Provide on-site support during events to resolve operational issues.

Requirements
- Relevant certifications: SIA licence, ladder safety, manual handling and low-level electrical safety.
