• Experience in general maintenance tasks, including basic repairs and upkeep.
• Previous experience working within a Facilities Management (FM) environment.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and work to agreed protocols and timeframes.
• Willingness to work weekends and participate in a rota-based schedule.
