• Managing a privately funded Family caseload.
• Leading, mentoring and developing colleagues within the team.
• Supporting a positive, collaborative and high-performing culture.
• Attending and contributing to partnership and strategic planning meetings.
• Assisting with business development, networking and marketing initiatives.
• Ensuring compliance with SRA, Lexcel and internal regulatory procedures.

Candidate fit

• Significant experience within Family law at Partner level or Senior Associate level ready for Partnership.
• A strong and well-established referral network.
• Proven leadership and people management experience.
