What the role involves
- Provide high-quality client care to vulnerable individuals and families.
- Managing a caseload of family law matters from inception to completion, including.
- Preparing legal documents such as court applications, witness statements, bundles, and briefs for counsel.
- Managing files efficiently using a case management system.
- Participate in client conferences and liaise with counsel.
Skills and requirements
- For Supervisor role: relevant accreditation/qualification to supervise.
- Prior experience working with Legal Aid and CCMS.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines.
- Excellent drafting, communication, and client care skills.
Confirmed role details
- 9:00am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.
- Hybrid working from day one (minimum two days in the office).
- 23 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays.
- On-site parking and shuttle service.
