Job description

As a Support Worker, the work centres on this post is exempt under the Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1. It would suit someone who can bring patience, clear communication, and respectful care standards to the role.

Job details

  • Additional annual leave with each year's service up to a maximum of 33 days.
  • The person we support lives independently in their own home receiving 1-2-1 support 24 hours a day.
  • Social care experience, ideally within mental health and with some experience of supporting individuals with Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder (EUPD).
  • You must have current Right to Work in the UK and have been employed in the UK for at least 6 months. We no longer have any certificates of sponsorship available and are unable to.
