What the role involves

• Providing personal care.

• Experience of supporting individuals with challenging behaviour is beneficial, but not essential as full training is provided.

Confirmed role details

• Full‑time – 37.5 hours per week.
• Late shifts between 07:00 and 22:00.
• Roy Support services in Birmingham provide complex care and in‑depth support for adults with learning disabilities and autism, often with additional physical and mental health need.
• Female Support Workers who are caring, resilient, and enthusiastic to join our dedicated teams.
