- Carry out night-time routines with kindness and respect, helping people feel secure and valued.
- Record wellbeing, following care plans and reporting any concerns to the daytime team to ensure seamless support.
Skills and requirements
- Relevant care, clinical, support, registration, DBS, or safeguarding requirements may apply.
Candidate fit
- Patience, supportiveness, and respect for people's choices.
- Willingness to learn and work towards a Health and Social Care qualification.
- Confidence providing personal support when it's needed.
