• Be employed directly by the client; however, Westcountry Case Management oversee all aspects of the clients care package on his behalf.

What needs to be in place

• Have experience of managing others and knowledge of organising staff rotas will be required.
• Have some experience of caring for people with physical and/or learning disabilities.
• Be a driver with a full UK driving licence and be confident to drive the client’s car.
