- Westcountry Case Management are a friendly, forward-thinking company who help our clients recruit their own support workers.
- Be employed directly by the client; however, Westcountry Case Management oversee all aspects of the clients care package on his behalf.
- Westcountry Case Management is committed to safeguarding and protecting all children, young people, and vulnerable adults we work with by implementing a robust safeguarding policy.
- Additional detail: Training or development support may be provided.
What needs to be in place
- Have experience of managing others and knowledge of organising staff rotas will be required.
- Have some experience of caring for people with physical and/or learning disabilities.
- Be a driver with a full UK driving licence and be confident to drive the client’s car.
