What the role involves

• Due to the requirements of the people we support we are only able to recruit female support workers at present.
• Help with daily routines and personal care.
• Take part in activities like shopping, crafts, swimming, and community outings.
• Supporting building and maintaining friendships and social connections.
• Encourage independence, choice, and confidence.

Skills and requirements

• A Full UK manual driving licence essential as you will be supporting people with activities in the community.

Confirmed role details

• £13.20 per hour weekdays and £14.52 weekends.
• Full Time and Part Time hours available.
• Enhanced pay rate for overtime. (Over 37.5 hours a week).
• Time and a half or double time for public holidays.

Additional role context

• We’re a residential setting spread across four houses in the beautiful countryside of Liss.
• This is home to 21 adults, between the age ranges of 26-70 with learning disabilities, autism, additional health needs, and physical disabilities.
• Our focus is simple: supporting people to live gloriously ordinary lives — full of choice, comfort, independence, and the everyday things that make people smile.
