The client is a wheelchair user and communicates via low tech and gestures, she is able to express her wishes and preferences to those who know her well. The client enjoys shopping, bowling, and watching various films.

CCMS are fully committed to delivering excellent support to all our clients and their families and put their thoughts and expectations at the heart of everything we do. We are recruiting for a *Female Support Worker to support a young lady with cerebral palsy and other complex needs living in her own home. Flexible support required 2-1 care 24/7.
What helps in this setting
Handling shift-by-shift responsibilities with consistency and care. The package will include 24/7 care during holidays and weekends.

What needs to be in place
- Full, clean UK driving licence – experience of driving a wheelchair accessible vehicle preferable but not essential.
