As a Field Applications Engineer, the work centres on customer Onsite support for technical issue replicating, debugging and real life testing. It would suit someone who can bring strong professional approach to the role.

Where the technical work sits
- Customer Onsite support for technical issue replicating, debugging and real life testing.
- Develop and deliver technical training to customers, partners and other members of the team. Both Onsite and internally.
- Technical support of all SP accounts and SP distribution partners (2nd / 3rd Line).
Technical requirements
- Expert working networking TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS knowledge, including practical experience with wireless, VoIP, TR069/TR181 and xDSL, Fiber, and LTE/5G/FWA products and have been succes.
- They must have a valid passport from an EC member state, or if not from an EC member state have the necessary VISA(s) to travel within the EC member states.
- This is a Full Time, permanent position working on a hybrid basis, with the requirement to be in the office, 2-3 days per week.
