Care Assistant focuses on combine hands-on care with supervision and quality assurance, spending most of your time in the community with some office-based duties.

What the role involves

• Combine hands-on care with supervision and quality assurance, spending most of your time in the community with some office-based duties.
• Review individual care packages, including needs and risk assessments.
• Work with Care Coordinators to support effective rota planning.
• Shadow new starters and carry out observations and competency checks.

• Yes - full UK licence and access to your own vehicle.

• Belfast - BT5, BT6, BT8, BT9, BT10, BT11, BT13, BT14, BT15.
• Full-time (9am- 5pm) some on-call duties.
• Care work, and weekend work.
