Field Care Supervisor

Care Assistant focuses on collaborate with our care manager to setup care packages and introduce new staff to our clients.

What the role involves

• Collaborate with our Care Manager to setup care packages and introduce new staff to our clients.
• Maintaining familiarity with the complex needs of each of our clients to ensure continuity and consistency as per their care plan.
• Manage competency assessments, conduct observations, and mentor our care assistants.
• Work with the care coordinator to maintain shift cover within the care package team.
• Perform clinical duties of personal care, medication administration, meal preparation and light household duties.
• Use of company mobile and app to manage schedule.

Skills and requirements

• Minimum of one year experience of supporting those with disabilities and complex health needs including tracheostomies, ventilators, gastrostomy tubes and bowel management care.
• QCF level 3 Health and Social Care.
• Full UK driving licence and your own car is essential for this role.

Confirmed role details

• To cover our care packages in the Kent area with Maidstone head office.
• £27,000 to £29,000 per annum, depending on experience.
• 40 hours per week (including weekend availability), permanent contract.
• Play a crucial role in supporting the growing demands of our specialised complex care services.

Candidate fit

• Work closely with our Care Manager who will support you to oversee our clients in the Kent area.
• As well as supervisory duties, your schedule of 40 hours per week will include clinical shifts of varying lengths, start and finish times and you will need to be available to work.
